William BEVAN was born in 1894 in Plymouth. He married Gertrude BARBER.
Gertrude was the daughter of Edwin and Mary Ann MCHALE BARBER and was born on 18 July 1895 in Plymouth.
William and Gertrude had two children. A son named William who was born in Plymouth on 18 January 1918. They also had daughter who is still living.
William (1st generation) died in 1943 and is buried in Hanover Twp.
Gertrude died on 28 October 1982. She is also buried in Hanover Twp.
William (2nd generation) married his wife who is still living. William and his wife had three sons, all of whom are still living. Willam and his wife resided most of their married life in Kingston.
William and his wife had nine granchildren and two great granchildren.
William was a veteran of World War II. In 1972, the family was ravaged by the Agnes Flood of 1972. They had water just shy of the second floor in their home. The stress of losing everything carried a heavy toll on William.
On 26 July 1973, William passed away at the age of 55. He is buried in Hanover Twp., PA
